With the announcement of the upcoming contract negotiations between the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) and the Public Service Alliance of Canada (PSAC), many are keeping a close eye on how these talks will ultimately impact the thousands of CBSA employees across the country.

For those unfamiliar with the CBSA, the agency is responsible for protecting and securing Canada`s borders, while also facilitating international trade and travel. CBSA employees are responsible for a wide range of important tasks, including managing customs and immigration processes, screening travelers and goods for security risks, and enforcing various federal laws and regulations.
